Client Services Specialist

Location:Paducah, KY

Type:Full-Time, In-Person

At CorrecTek, we deliver powerful, customizable EHR solutions for demanding healthcare environments, from juvenile detention and behavioral health to our primary market in correctional facilities. We understand the unique needs of organizations serving marginalized populations, and we provide them with the essential tools they need. We are looking for an approachable, detail-oriented professional to ensure our clients succeed with our technology. As a Client Services Specialist, you will be the expert guide for our partners, leading them through onboarding, training, and ongoing support. Your role is critical to building lasting relationships and empowering clients to leverage our platform with confidence.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

Leading Client Onboarding & Training:

Deliver comprehensive software training sessions, both remotely and on-site, for medical staff in correctional facilities. You'll guide new clients through a smooth onboarding experience.

Providing Ongoing Client Support:

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients after they're onboarded, offering expert guidance and troubleshooting assistance to help users resolve issues.

Optimizing Client Workflows:

Gain a deep understanding of client workflows to recommend and apply practical solutions that enhance their use of our platform.

Fostering Internal Collaboration:

Work closely with our internal teams to ensure new clients transition well and existing ones continue to succeed.

Other Related Duties:

Perform other related duties as assigned to support overall client success and team objectives.

Key Considerations for This Role:

Travel:

This role requires approximately 15-20% travel, with most trips lasting 4-5 days.

On-site Environment:

You should be comfortable working in environments around inmates while shadowing medical staff; direct contact with inmates isn't required.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education & Experience:

An Associate's degree is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred 

Previous experience in customer service, healthcare, training, or technical support.

Experience with software training is a plus.

Technical Acumen::

Education & Experience:

Strong comfort with technology and software, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Ability to quickly learn new systems and explain them clearly to others.

Skills & Attributes:

Education & Experience:

Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to present and lead interactive group sessions.

Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Interface Analyst

Location:Paducah, KY

Type:Full-Time, In-Person

Join CorrecTek as an Interface Analyst and become the technical backbone connecting criticalhealth data for organizations on the front lines of community health.

At CorrecTek, we deliver powerful, customizable EHR solutions for demanding healthcare environments, from juvenile detention and behavioral health to our primary market in correctional facilities. We understand the unique needs of organizations serving marginalized populations, and we provide them with the essential tools they need. We're looking for a detail-oriented and analytical professional to bridge pathways between our EHR software and other healthcare systems. As an Interface Analyst, you’ll implement, test, document, and maintain health information interfaces that exchange data among various vendors. Your role is instrumental in providing the accurate data flow our clients depend on to leverage our platform with confidence.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

Develop and Maintain Data Interfaces:

Analyze, build, test, and maintain health information interfacesfor data exchange between CorrecTek EHR applications and various vendor systems.

Configure Technical Connections:

Work with internal and external technical s

Support Client Data Exchange

Collaborate with our Client Services team, customers, and othervendors to troubleshoot and support data interfaces as needed.

Provide Internal Training:

Offer basic training to team members and/or clients on the functionality anduse of implemented interfaces.

Other Related Duties:

Perform other related duties as assigned to support overall data integration andteam objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education & Experience:

An Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/related field, or equivalent work experience, is required.

Two years of applicable experience implementing, testing, and maintaining health information or similar data exchange interfaces.

Experience managing technical implementation projects is a plus.

Technical Expertise (Required):

Proficiency with HL7, X12, XML, JSON, CSV, Tab Delimited, and other medical data exchange formats

Experience with scripting languages such as JavaScript. 

Experience with REST Web APIs, SFTP, and other file transfer methods.

Familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server, including installation, configuration, and database management.

Familiarity with Microsoft Windows Server, including application installation, services management, and IIS setup/management.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Skills & Attributes:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a solution-oriented approach.

Ability to function independently in a multi-task environment and as part of a team. 

Excellent planning, organizational, and prioritization skills.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to write routine reports and business correspondence clearly, and to interpret technical instructions.
